6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may reschedule with 48 hours notice
• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in fee retention
• We reserve right to cancel for professional reasons
• Emergencies are considered on case-by-case basis

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Service not provided as scheduled by vista prop
• Cancellation by vista prop
• Refund requests within 48 hours of booking
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days

By vista prop

• We may terminate for violation of these terms
• We may decline continued service based on professional judgment
• Immediate termination for illegal activities or harassment
• Prepaid fees for undelivered services will be refunded

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, confidentiality obligations continue, and we may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically:
